Paterson GlobalFoods (PGF) plans to build a new oat mill in Winnipeg, MB. The company operates 36 terminals, elevators, and ag centers across the Canadian Prairies in western Canada. The new oat mill will help the company diversify its commodity business. The mill will be known as O Foods and will annually process up to 250,000 metric tons (about 275,577 tons) of raw oats.
