Customers can contact GEA using a mobile device to stream a video conversation with support. Sharing images and video of the problem allows the company’s service personnel to field questions and offer solutions for fixing the problem. Going one step further, GEA also offers “GEA Remote Eyewear” that allows a user to wear high-tech eyewear that offers virtual real-time access to a service technician through remote access.
