The Last "Exhibitor e-Report"

We’re one month out from the show, all of our booths are now filled, we have companies on the waiting list and this is the last “Exhibitor e-Report” for The 2011 Powder Show™ you will receive.

The "Exhibitor e-Report" is designed to help The 2011 Powder Show™ exhibitor stay ahead of the game – ahead of the paper crush in getting necessary things lined up for their exhibit; ahead of the calendar when ordering support services to take full advantage of advance ordering discount pricing; ahead of the “Oopsies” by providing helpful links to vital web-based support services.

Every "Exhibitor e-Report" offers help and information in bunches. For back issues, visit the "Event Info" page at www.powdershow2011.com and scroll down until you see the two sets of e-report archive links. Chances are you’ll find answers to make your expo life a little easier.



You’re Gonna Get Bit!

If you don’t order your booth furnishings or GSEC house services by May 9, there’s a good chance you’re going to get bit with a 30% larger price tag.

That’s because after May 9th you’ll be looking at an average 30% increase for just about everything you need. So, stay ahead of the game by putting May 2 on your calendar and get it done that week, if not before.

On a related issue, Online ordering is available from Freeman. All you need to do is go to their website and register your company. You’ll be able to order product and services as soon as the registration is complete.



Badges and VIP Passes

As a registered exhibitor at The Powder Show™ you can save yourself valuable time on “Move-In” day by making sure everyone on your team has ordered exhibitor badges! You do that by logging into the Exhibitor Registration site, enter in your ID number sent to you by RCS and select your company from the drop down list.

You’ll be taken to your company’s administration page where you can enter the names and titles of everyone you will have to support your booth display.

You can also take advantage of the “VIP Pass” button at the same time! Click on that button and enter the names and email addresses you want to receive your personalized "Free Expo Admission" invitation. It’s a nifty, postage-free way to invite your most important customers to visit you at the show.

Promote – Promote – Promote

Your company can take center stage at The Powder Show™ when you take advantage of our sponsorship opportunities with value-added promotional exposure! Plus, we've add two more sponsorships for the open panel discussions on Tuesday and Wednesday on the show room floor.

  • Beverage Service for Open Panel Discussions. Two $495 sponsorships are available – one for each panel discussion. Sponsorship includes display placard at the beverage serving table and listing on show program sponsors’ page.

  • Daily Food and Beverage Breaks for conference attendees.Three $1375 sponsorships are available; includes placard placement at food table locations and listing on show program sponsors’ page.

  • Lunches on the show floor– on Tuesday of show week. One $2800 sponsorship is available; includes placard placement at entry to dining area and listing on show program sponsors’ page.

  • After-show reception at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday of show week: one $3590 sponsorship is available; includes placard placement at show floor entry and listing on show program sponsors’ page.

Essential 'To-Do's'

Show time is closer than it looks, so plan today on being there. Keep on top of everything you need to do to make your effort successful. Let's recap on a few things for you to review:

  • Give potential show attendees the best reasons to visit your booth - tell them what they're going to see and why it's important to them! Go to the Exhibitors’ Management site, select your company and log in with your ID number to invite your most important people to visit you at the show for FREE!

  • Make your hotel arrangements – our headquarters hotel is The Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center and our second hotel is The Holiday Inn Somerset. Both hotels are conveniently located near the Garden State Exhibit Center and both offer discounted room rates for Powder Show attendees. Go to our "Event Info" page at www.powdershow2011.com to get all the information you need to book your hotel room.
