Essential 'To-Do's'
Show time is closer than it looks, so plan today on being there. Keep on top of everything you need to do to make your effort successful. Let's recap on a few things for you to review:
- Reserve your booth space now – for advanced information and registration for your booth rental, click here to download the "Exhibitor Prospectus" detail.
- Give potential show attendees the best reasons to visit your booth - tell them what they're going to see and why it's important to them! Email your exhibited product photo and sales contact info to Steve Culpepper at sculpepper@cscpub.com for inclusion in upcoming "Conference e-Reports."
- Include your highest potential prospects in the promotion mix - we do all the work! All you need to do is send an MS Excel formatted database of names, companies, addresses, and email addresses to Steve Culpepper at sculpepper@cscpub.com. We'll clean duplicates where necessary and make sure your top prospects are kept in the loop.
- Start making your hotel arrangements – our headquarters hotel is The Double Tree Hotel and Conference Center. The Double Tree offers a discounted room rate of $139 per night exclusively for our attendees.
