Webinar Details:  "What were they thinking?" would be an appropriate response when reviewing existing dust collection system performance problems. Many design problems can be attributed to the myths that individuals believe about how hoods work or how to change the system. There are also additional myths about how to operate and maintain a system. In this webinar, the presenter will discuss the more common myths and provide "myth busting" information to guide the viewer towards more sustainable system operation.

Presenter Information:  Before becoming a consultant for Workplace Exposure Solutions, Gary spent 27 years at Procter & Gamble, where worked in health, safety, and environment. His focus areas were dust control system design and maintenance, process safety around flammable vapors and combustible dusts, and environmental emissions and discharges. As a consultant over the last 11-plus years, he has helped clients solve dust control and combustible dust issues in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, plastics compounding and sheet formation, paint and coatings, paper, wood processing, fine chemicals, and metal forming industries.
