Not just middling performance -- Pneumatic vibrator improves unloading of wheat product
Time and money are saved when pneumatic rotary vibrator helps break material bridges in railcars.
Animal feed production was hung up at the feed mill owned by the United Cooperative Farmers [UCF], Inc., Deerfield, Mass. UCF unloads wheat middlings, a milling by-product, from railcars. However, because of their coarse, fibrous nature, the middlings tend to bridge over a railcar's hopper outlets. This stops flow and disrupts the plant's production schedule.
