They help retain valuable product so it can be sold, and they control dust levels to meet hygiene occupational exposure limits and minimize fugitive dust accumulation in the workplace. His focus areas were dust control system design and maintenance, process safety around flammable vapors and combustible dusts, and environmental emissions and discharges. As a consultant over the last 7 years, he has helped clients in consumer products, pharmaceuticals, plastics, paint and coatings, specialty chemical, and metal forming industries. He is active in technical training for clients and at several national conferences as well as the OSHA Training Institute
