A custom processor reduces bales of heat-sensitive nitrile rubber to 30-mesh particles.

A custom processor with main offices in Pennsauken, N.J., and two processing facilities in Camden, N.J., offers custom milling, material testing, and other services. The processor, called Customill, performs single- and multi-step processing using equipment such as an air mill, a hammermill, and a multideck screener. The custom processor can simultaneously grind and dry material, fluff fibers, mix or blend material, and custom package material in bags, drums, or gaylords.
