A manufacturer selects feeders with flexible vinyl hoppers and exterior paddles for a powder coatings production line.
Ameron produces various protective and decorative coatings in liquid form and started producing powder coatings in 1989 at its Enmar division in Little Rock, Ark. With ever-tightening controls on releasing solvents into the atmosphere, the emission-free powder coatings industry has been experiencing a 12 percent to 15 percent annual growth rate. Enmar anticipated a need for hundreds of different powder coating formulations to coat and protect products ranging from sleds to plumbing fixtures to patio furniture.
