Thirty years of scientific inquiry into DuPont's concerns allows the company's Engineering Test Center to come up with practical answers to clients' problems.
In March 1986, E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company's Engineering Test Center began selling its services -- and its 30 years of experience -- to other companies. Previously, the test center, which was established in the mid-l950s, was an internal resource aimed solely at solving the engineering problems of DuPont's departmental clients.
