For example, dust hood performance is critical to minimizing fugitive dusting in the workplace. Hood performance depends on reliable exhaust airflows in all branches of the system ductwork. Improperly done duct branch additions or removals have compromised dust collection performance on many dust collection systems. Changing any of these elements without considering the impact on the whole system can lead to problems and inefficient operation. Find out the right way to adapt your system to changing demands.
