Bauducco automates ingredient additions at newest factory
Leading maker of baked goods opts for a turnkey system.
Bauducco & Cia. Ltda., Sao Paulo, Brazil, began operation in the 1950s as a small confectionery. Founded by the Bauducco family after it arrived from Italy, the company produced candies, champagne cookies, snacks, and petit fours. It also made panettone, an Italian fruit bread that has become a Christmas tradition for many Brazilians. Bauducco also exports its baked goods, mainly to the Mercosur countries.
