Custom processor meets value-added processing needs
When a chemical company specified fine milling for a resin custom processor performed trials to meet the mesh profile.
International Tollers, Inc., custom-processes materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries. From its 50,000-square-foot facility in Grand Haven, Mich., the company can process and convert raw materials using size reduction, blending, and fluid-bed drying, granulation, and agglomeration. The custom processor also provides warehousing services. International Tollers is approached to perform custom processing for one of two reasons: Either the processing step isn't compatible with the customer's manufacturing capabilities or the customer is launching a new product and wants to evaluate processing needs and costs off-site before considering inhouse production.
