Batch mixer improves efficiency, flexibility at Spraylat

Inverted-bowl mixer performs reliably and is compatible with the manufacturer's other batch mixers.

Spraylat manufacturers powder coatings for the North American market at its plant in Gainesville, Texas USA. Over the last decade, powder coatings have enjoyed strong growth because - unlike traditional solvent- and-water-borne paints - they release few volatile organic compounds [VOCs] when they cure. In addition, they offer a durable finish, and end users can recycle the left-over powder. Whatever is not recycled is easy to remove from the end-user's spray booth with a vacuum cleaner.
