Feeding solution
A vibratory feeder improves product and process quality for a manufacturer of anticorrosive chemical coatings.
Manufacturing Manager Mark Solomon looked on approvingly as the operator tipped a can of sticky metal powder paste onto the vibratory feeder tray. In seconds the material gently vibrated out of the can, over the tray, and into the waiting mixer. The material fell in a consistent cascade with no heavy lumps. Only a few months before, the process had been much more laborious and time-consuming.
